About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an Online Travel Content Auditor at our Overland Park, KS office. The Online Travel Content Auditor will be responsible for auditing, maintaining, and reporting on content across various channels, i.e. Booking.com, Expedia.com, Brand.com and Google. This position will require a high level of attention to detail.

- Conduct regular audits of property content, imagery, and pricing across OTA platforms including Expedia, Booking.com, and Google to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Review and respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests submitted through Expedia, Booking.com, and Google.
- Manage user access and permission updates for internal staff on OTA platforms.
- Handle guest communications related to relocation requests, cancellations, and other service-related issues.
- Monitor, evaluate, and process no-show charges in accordance with company policies.
- Support guest satisfaction initiatives by monitoring and responding to feedback on platforms like Medallia and Chatmeter.
- Configure and manage geofencing triggers to enhance marketing and location-based visibility for properties.
- Deploy, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of TravelAds campaigns.
- Reconcile monthly invoices and payments related to OTA partnerships, advertising campaigns, and other digital services.
- Compile, analyze, and maintain detailed data records to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, talk and hear.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
