Summary
Duties include:
- Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the Rooms Operations
- Assist with the oversight of the Food & Beverage division
- Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
- Direct and oversee development of employees
- Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews
- Cover and support in Front Office and Housekeeping Operations as needed
- Drive Hotel Metrics and Financial targets
- Oversee and support the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for food and beverage/rooms operations
- Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
- Implement procedures to increase guest and associate satisfaction
- Maintaining Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation
- Maintain communications with Corporate Staff
- Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
The salary range for this position is $76,700 - $115,300

Qualifications:
- Prior hotel front office experience required.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
