Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records using hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hospitality software is advantageous.
