Duties
- Assist in supervising front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and reservations management
- Support the training and mentoring of front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and team members effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Promote guest relations by anticipating needs, providing personalized service, and fostering positive interactions
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and hospitality regulations
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and hotel management practices
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is beneficial
