GLMG Hotels is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Hotel Shuttle Driver to provide safe, courteous, and reliable transportation services for hotel guests. This position serves as a key ambassador of the hotel by creating positive first and last impressions while delivering exceptional hospitality.
What You'll Do- Provide safe and timely transportation for hotel guests.
- Transport guests to and from airports, businesses, restaurants, event venues, and approved destinations.
- Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings when appropriate.
- Maintain scheduled shuttle routes and respond promptly to transportation requests.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
- Maintain transportation logs and communicate schedules with hotel staff.
- Assist Front Desk and hotel operations during downtime between shuttle runs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous shuttle driving, transportation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must meet hotel insurance carrier driving requirements.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local roads, attractions, businesses, and airports preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist guests with luggage.
