We are looking for high-energy individuals who take pride in providing world-class service, managing a busy front drive, and handling guest vehicles with the utmost care. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- First Impressions: Provide a warm, professional welcome to arriving guests and assist with opening vehicle doors and unloading luggage.
- Safe Vehicle Handling: Park and retrieve guest vehicles quickly and safely, following all traffic laws and property safety protocols.
- Vehicle Inspections: Perform quick, thorough inspections of vehicles upon arrival to note any existing damage and ensure guest peace of mind.
- Front Drive Management: Keep the hotel entrance (porte-cochère) clear, organized, and welcoming by managing traffic flow.
- Local Expert: Provide guests with helpful information about hotel amenities, downtown directions, and local favorites.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the Front Desk and Bellstand to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Clean Driving Record: A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving history are required.
- Transmission Skills: Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick-shift) vehicles is a major plus!
- Active Mindset: This is a physical role that requires walking or running to and from the parking areas frequently.
- Communication: Exceptional customer service skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Stay Active: Ability to stand, walk, and run for the duration of an 8–10 hour shift.
- Strength: Ability to safely lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Outdoor Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
