About the Role

Are you energetic, reliable, and a "people person"? As a Hotel Valet, you are the first and last person our guests see. You set the tone for their entire stay! We are looking for high-energy individuals who take pride in providing world-class service, managing a busy front drive, and handling guest vehicles with the utmost care. If you enjoy an active job where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• First Impressions: Provide a warm, professional welcome to arriving guests and assist with opening vehicle doors and unloading luggage.
• Safe Vehicle Handling: Park and retrieve guest vehicles quickly and safely, following all traffic laws and property safety protocols.
• Vehicle Inspections: Perform quick, thorough inspections of vehicles upon arrival to note any existing damage and ensure guest peace of mind.
• Front Drive Management: Keep the hotel entrance (porte-cochère) clear, organized, and welcoming by managing traffic flow.
• Local Expert: Provide guests with helpful information about hotel amenities, downtown directions, and local favorites.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the Front Desk and Bellstand to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Clean Driving Record: A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving history are required.
• Transmission Skills: Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick-shift) vehicles is a major plus!
• Active Mindset: This is a physical role that requires walking or running to and from the parking areas frequently.
• Communication: Exceptional customer service skills and a polished, professional appearance.
• Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Stay Active: Ability to stand, walk, and run for the duration of an 8–10 hour shift.
• Strength: Ability to safely lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Outdoor Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
