Hotel Houze Detroit Downtown is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associates to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are sanitized and well-stocked with supplies.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with laundry and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
