Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager located in Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. The Estate Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including managing staff, budgeting, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and maintenance, managing vendors, coordinating events or functions, and ensuring the property operates efficiently and meets high standards. The Estate Manager will also manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping and implementing policies to maintain the property’s quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management, Facility Maintenance, or Hospitality Management
- Strong administrative skills, including Budgeting, Organizational Skills, and Record-Keeping
- Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and oversee vendor or contractor relationships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure smooth operations and address concerns promptly
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling unexpected challenges
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or other administrative software
- Knowledge of local property regulations and safety protocols (preferred)
- Previous experience in estate or hotel management is beneficial
