Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our hotel running smoothly overnight. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, ensuring their check-in process is seamless and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, conduct routine inspections of public areas, and respond promptly to any safety concerns
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with excellent phone etiquette
- Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure all records are accurate and complete
- Address guest requests or issues promptly, escalating concerns to management when necessary to uphold high standards of guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all hospitality protocols are followed for a welcoming environment
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a busy hotel setting
- Experience working in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest satisfaction and hospitality standards
- Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
