What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Hotel Greene?
Hotel Greene, an upscale indoor mini golf course, restaurant, and bar (not a real hotel), is looking to hire a smart, personable, hard-working individual to add to our team.
Our Front Desk staff is integral to the Hotel Greene experience!
Candidate must be:
- Capable of working in high-volume with a clear head
- Enthusiastic and relay excellent customer service
- Knowledgeable about our brand history and story, and share that enthusiasm with our guests
Duties include:
- Coordinating all tee-times (often in high-volume)-- maintaining the flow of business and sales
- Welcoming guests -- we are 21 during most business hours, and ideal candidate will be comfortable ID'ing, and turning away underage/inebriated guests with polite firmness
- Closing out all guests -- familiar with POS systems and cash handling a plus
- Responsible for all merchandise, inventory, and front desk station
- Routine disinfection of front desk area and lobby
Hosting experience preferred. Starts at 16/hr plus tipout.
