Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
• Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservation details and processing payments accurately.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when managing reservations, billing, and guest requests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with guest services protocols, hotel experience standards, and hospitality best practices.
