The Role: Front Desk Agent
As our Front Desk Agent, you are the first smile, the first hello, and the first connection to our brand. You’ll serve as our guests’ main point of contact while helping deliver a smooth, welcoming, and unforgettable stay.
What You’ll Do
- Perform all check‑in and check‑out procedures
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Verify payment methods and handle guest accounts
- Register guests and gather essential stay details
- Welcome guests and assign rooms
- Share information on rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness
- Support group bookings, VIP guests, and event attendees
- Upsell hotel services and amenities when appropriate
- Maintain accurate booking and payment records
What You Bring
- Experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with booking platforms (Booking.com, TripAdvisor, etc.)
- OPERA experience is a plus
- A positive attitude and desire to grow in hospitality
