- Maintain accurate data entry records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office programs, and QuickBooks accounting software
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and word processing with precision and attention to detail
- Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing meetings
- Assist with client communication via phone, email, or in person to provide excellent customer support
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, professional, and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with proper phone etiquette and customer service expertise
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks is preferred
