Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Greet and check in hotel guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations, calls, and guest inquiries
- Provide concierge-style assistance and local recommendations
- Ensure a seamless and elevated arrival and departure experience
- Welcome and seat guests for dinner service
- Manage reservations, pacing, and waitlists
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- Maintain flow and atmosphere of the dining room
- Assist the General Manager with daily operational needs
- Support coordination of events, reservations, and guest requests
- Help maintain organization of front desk systems and reporting
- Uphold brand standards across both hotel and restaurant operations
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or hosting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable taking initiative and supporting leadership
