The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
As a Concierge at Hotel Paso Del Norte you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with their inquiries, luggage, and requests, ensuring that their stay is both enjoyable and memorable. You will act as a liaison between guests and various hotel services, including dining, entertainment, and transportation, while also promoting local attractions and events. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail, as you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking assistance. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a concierge or front desk position.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Help with transportation arrangements
- Manage guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and recommendations.
- Perform scheduled security walks around lobby, hallways, stairwells, and entrances
- Be a visible presence to help deter unauthorized entry or disruptive behavior
