What you’ll be doing

As a Front Desk Agent, you’re the first and last impression for our guests. You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and help keep things running smoothly throughout your shift. A big part of the role is making guests feel taken care of and giving them a reason to come back.

Day-to-day looks like:

• Reviewing arrivals, noting special requests, and assigning rooms
• Checking guests in and out in a friendly, confident way
• Answering phone calls quickly and giving clear, accurate info
• Completing your shift checklist (AM, PM, or overnight)
• Following key control and credit policies
• Logging and turning in lost & found items properly
• Staying familiar with fire and emergency procedures
• Keeping an eye on room availability during your shift
• Communicating with other departments by phone or radio as needed

What you bring

• Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is helpful, but not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Good knowledge of the local area—restaurants, attractions, events
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy check-in/check-out times
• Comfortable working with hotel systems and entering information accurately
