This is a full-time, on-site role in Fort Worth, TX, for a Senior Executive Operations Administrator. The individual in this role will provide high-level administrative and operational support for executive leadership, coordinate department activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining executive correspondence, and supporting operational initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Strong administrative skills including calendar management, task prioritization, and attention to detail
- Experience in operational coordination, meeting organization, and project execution
- Proficiency in document preparation, report generation, and database management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Familiarity with hospitality or similar service industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
