- As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform duties such as checking guests in and out.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management or hotel operations is desirable
