Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to maintain a polished appearance
- Handle trash removal and waste disposal efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to guarantee consistent quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial practices
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is beneficial but not required
