Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours.
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, guest inquiries, and billing using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, account reconciliation, and reporting.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff.
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as updating guest records and coordinating special requests or accommodations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette standards.
- Previous experience with night audit procedures or hotel night shift roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Ability to handle guest interactions professionally while maintaining a lively and positive attitude during night hours.
