Overview

Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee Saltgrass Spa. The Spa Manager will lead our spa services, operations, and guest experiences. This individual is a “culture setter” who embodies the Bardo brand and sets the standard for impeccable and anticipatory service. This spa and wellness practitioner is dedicated to a seamless delivery of rituals and brand values, a continued expansion of their expertise and helping guests and members exceed their expectations in spa and wellness. This position is based in Savannah, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the Book 4 Time system, including modifications, updates, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage spa product inventory, ordering supplies as needed and providing monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
• Train spa staff on SOPs, systems, and equipment
• Ensure exceptional guest service by promptly addressing guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Oversee the overall upkeep and cleanliness of spa facilities.
• Stay informed about current spa industry trends and best practices.
• Attend and coordinate team member training sessions as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or General Manager

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or a similar hospitality role
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues effectively.
• Proven ability to foster a positive, professional work environment and manage team member relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in training staff on SOPs, systems, and equipment.
• Up to date with current spa industry trends and best practices
