Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to ensure spotless surfaces
- Assist with furniture rearrangement and setup for events or special occasions as needed
- Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in service areas or storage spaces to uphold safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure all janitorial equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards that meet or exceed brand expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is highly desirable
- Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and safely
