Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet station, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Assist with food preparation including slicing, assembling, and replenishing breakfast items while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by cleaning tables, counters, utensils, and equipment regularly throughout the shift
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays
- Handle food handling responsibilities with care, following proper food safety management practices to prevent contamination
- Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly :)
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred or not.
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling standards is essential
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift weight safely, and perform manual handling tasks effectively
