Insurance Advisor, Personal Lines

Role Summary

We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to drive new business and expand relationships with both standard and high-net-worth clients. This role will handle Personal Lines Clients, focusing on high-net-worth individuals such as Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and Luxury Real Estate Agents within our Private Client Division.

What You Will Do

• Identify, develop, and manage personal insurance opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless policy implementation.
• Leverage networking and cross-selling to drive sales and agency growth.
• Partnering with other sales divisions to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of personal lines insurance experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Capable of interacting with clients to cultivate strong relationships.
• Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate or advanced level.
• Must have an active Texas P&C insurance license.
