What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at HotBox Pizza?
Are you awesome? HotBox Pizza is a growing brand of fast casual pizza restaurants and we are looking for some great staff. We're on a mission to save the world from pizza mediocrity, one face at a time, and we're building a team to support us on that mission.
There are a variety of shift types offered (late night shifts pay best) and we are always willing to work around school schedules and other obligations. We get pretty close and, although we are hiring some manager positions, we typically hire within. Once you're with HotBox, you'll always be family.
Job Essentials:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to demonstrate you are committed, hard-working, honest and friendly.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work (daily)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work with computers
- Ability to assist the General Manager with team building
- Ability to coach and lead a team with no supervision
- Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
- Ability to communicate to all team members
- Sales Skills

- Promptly handle all customer concerns by delighting each of our customers
