Position Overview
HotBox Pizza is looking for a driven, organized, and growth-minded Marketing Specialist to join
our team in Indianapolis. If you love social media, customer engagement and digging into the
data, you’ll enjoy the freedom to innovate in our fun, fast-paced environment. We’ll expect you
to move quickly, communicate effectively, and partner with fellow creatives to bring fresh ideas
to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has real marketing experience and is ready to
grow. Your long-term career aspiration should be a Director of Marketing role. We are looking for
someone who can move quickly, stay organized, communicate well, and help the team execute
strong work consistently.
This is not just a social media role. It is an execution-focused marketing position that supports
campaign delivery, customer engagement, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Campaign Execution
Execute approved marketing campaigns across email, loyalty, social media, and paid
media support.
● Email and Loyalty Marketing
Build and manage email and loyalty campaigns designed to increase customer
engagement, repeat visits, and retention.
● Social Media and Community Engagement
Help schedule content, monitor brand channels, respond to messages, and support
customer engagement across social platforms.
● Data Tracking and Reporting
Track key performance indicators, pull reports, monitor campaign performance, and
summarize insights to support decision-making.
● Calendar and Project Coordination
Help manage the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, approvals, and deliverables
to keep projects on track.
● Paid Media Support
Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, trafficking, and performance tracking for paid
media efforts as directed.
● Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and contributors to support cohesive, on-brand
marketing execution across channels.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent
relevant experience.
● 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, CRM, email
marketing, or related work.
● Experience and high-comfort level working with marketing data, reports, and
performance metrics is required.
● Experience with email marketing platforms, social media tools, and Google Analytics or
similar reporting tools is required.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience working with loyalty or customer engagement programs is a plus.
● Food, retail, restaurant, or consumer brand experience is a plus.
