What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Hot Yoga Experience?
At Hot Yoga Experience, we aren't just looking for someone to check people in. We are looking for the person who makes our studio feel like home the second a member walks through the door. This is about building a community, celebrating wins, and growing our membership base through genuine connection.
You’ll be the first person our members see. You’ll support their wellness journeys, handle the administrative flow, and yes, you’ll help keep the studio sparkling during downtime. Cleaning is part of the gig. Hospitality is the heart of it.
The Schedule:
- Thursdays: 4:30pm – 8:30pm
- Fridays: 4:30pm – 8:30pm
- Saturdays: 7:00am – 11:30am
- Sundays: 7:00am – 11:30am
- Availability to pick up fellow CSR shifts as needed.
The Requirements:
- Age 18 or older.
- Reliable transportation to our Issaquah studio.
The Pay:
- Training: $17.13/hour (Typically 1-2 weeks)
- Starting Base: $17.50/hour
- Automatic Raise: $0.50 increase after 90 days performance review.
- With performance bonuses, our team averages $19 – $21/hour.
