Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Virginia Beach, VA.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a

fast-paced, full-service dining environment. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively,

and is committed to maintaining high standards in service, food quality, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
• Train, schedule, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and maintain quality
• Analyze financial performance, including sales, labor, and food costs, and implement improvements
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the restaurant
• Collaborate with ownership/leadership on promotions, events, and long-term planning
• Ensure proper cash handling, reporting, and adherence to company policies

Salary:

• $60,000 - $75,000
