We are a rapidly growing hot tub service company seeking a reliable and skilled Hot Tub Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a field-based position servicing residential customers across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair hot tub systems including pumps, heaters, control panels, and plumbing components
• Perform routine maintenance including drain, clean, refill, and water chemistry balancing
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
• Travel to customer locations and complete service calls on schedule
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service
• Maintain accurate service records and job notes
Requirements:
• Mechanical aptitude (required)
• Experience in hot tub/spa repair, pool service, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
