Position Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, love sales, and want to help customers turn their backyard dreams into reality, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative shopping experience
- Answer phone calls professionally and confidently
- Learn and explain hot tub features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Assist customers through the sales process from first visit to final purchase
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales goals

- Sales experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
