What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Care Technician position at Hot Tub Central?
Hot Tub Central is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Water Care Tech to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping water sparkling clean, this role might be perfect for you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water care such as normal chemical maintenance & drain & refills for customers at their home.
- Recommend the appropriate chemicals, products, and maintenance routines
- Educate customers on hot tub water care, equipment use, and best practices
- Assist with general store duties, inventory, and customer service
- Support sales staff with product knowledge and water-care expertise if needed
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to troubleshoot simple water-care or equipment issues
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or water chemistry is a bonus—but we’ll train the right person!
