Now Hiring: Store Associate — Hot Springs Gas

$15.00 – $17.00 / hour DOE
Full-time & Part-time positions available
Hot Springs Gas, part of the Market Basket family of stores, is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Store Associates.
As a Store Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and keeping our store running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, being part of a team, and taking pride in your work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a positive attitude
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
- Stocking shelves, coolers, and maintaining product displays
- Preparing and maintaining our hot food program to company standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Supporting the store manager and fellow team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required — we provide training!
