Salon Manager

About the Position
Hot Pink Nails & Esthetics is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Salon Manager to help lead our growing team. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can multitask, stay organized under pressure, take initiative, and provide exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for both clients and staff.
Our salon is scheduled to officially open in September, with paid training beginning beforehand to prepare for launch.
Responsibilities
As Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the salon, including:
- Greeting clients and providing outstanding customer service
- Checking clients in and out
- Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
- Answering phones, returning missed calls, and responding to voicemails
- Responding to client messages on social media and other communication platforms
- Assisting with light social media tasks
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
- Completing light cleaning throughout the day
- Ordering and maintaining salon inventory and supplies
- Tracking inventory levels and notifying management when items need to be reordered
- Assisting the owner with daily operations, projects, and administrative tasks
- Helping organize salon events, promotions, and team activities
- Managing daily schedules and ensuring appointments run efficiently
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and balancing daily sales accurately
- Monitoring salon performance and identifying areas that need attention
- Ensuring salon policies and procedures are followed
- Communicating effectively with staff and management
- Anticipating problems and taking initiative to solve them before they become bigger issues
