- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions about products, and assisting with product demos when needed.
- Handle cash drawer operations with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at the end of each shift.
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with merchandising efforts to ensure a clean and inviting store environment.
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or assisting via phone communications.
- Support inventory management by participating in stocking activities and monitoring product availability.
Requirements
- Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is highly preferred.
