Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Must have previous experience and obtain a driver's license
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as condensate drainage and refrigerant piping.
- Conduct refrigeration repairs involving ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) units.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
- Diagnose mechanical failures using specialized tools; repair or replace defective components efficiently.
- Operate a
driver vehicle safely for equipment transportation or service calls. - Ensure compliance with safety standards during all field service activities; document work performed thoroughly.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
