We are seeking an energetic, certified Hot Body Pilates Instructor to lead dynamic, results-driven classes in a heated studio environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, knowledgeable in Pilates techniques, and skilled at motivating clients of all fitness levels while ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging Hot Body Pilates classes in a heated environment (typically 85–100°F)
- Demonstrate proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels
- Monitor participants to ensure safety and prevent injuries
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating class atmosphere
- Maintain class schedules and start/end sessions on time
- Educate clients on Pilates principles and overall wellness
- Assist with studio cleanliness and equipment upkeep
- Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and growth
Qualifications:
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat certification required; Reformer a plus)
- CPR/AED certification (current)
- Experience teaching group fitness classes (heated class experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a heated, high-energy environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with hot fitness formats (e.g., hot yoga or heated Pilates)
- Strong cueing and hands-on correction techniques
- Sales or client engagement experience
- Social media presence or community-building skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform and demonstrate exercises
- Stand for extended periods in a heated room
- Lift/move light equipment (mats, props)
