General Manager - Quick Service

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Quick Service to lead our fast-paced restaurant operations. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service delivery.
• staff training and development to ensure high performance, adherence to food safety standards, and consistent service quality.
• Inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and oversee POS systems Toast for seamless transactions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Manage shift schedules, supervise team members, and coordinate staffing levels to meet customer demand efficiently. This is a hands on Manager position
• Implement operational policies, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to Bend, lift un to 50 pounds, twist, turn and stand for long periods of time

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management.
• Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise is essential.
• Background in food safety standards, inventory control, and food industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively.
• 4 Years experience in Quick Service restaurant management is required
• Serve safe certification
• Must be able to work all weekends & holidays
• 4:30 am start time
• Valid drivers license

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
