Role:
Teachers at Hot 8 Yoga work 1.25 hours shifts, clocking in 10 minutes before class and staying for 5 minutes after class. During this time, teachers are expected to:
- Love to work hard
- Wants to make friends at work
- Check in class/help at the front desk
- Connect with new students
- Say names
- Monitor & maintain heat level
- Curiate playlists

Compensation:
Hot 8 Yoga teachers are paid hourly. Starting compensation depends on experience and ranges from $24.75-60/hr. Raises are given on a tiered structured based on attendance/average class size. Bonuses are provided for signing students up for Teacher Training.
