Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join our company.
Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
Responsibilities Include:
Previous management experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly $25 - $31 per hour.

Responsibilities Include:
Previous management experience is required.
- Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
- Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
- Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
- Tracking studio budget
- Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
- Processing payroll
- Oversee inventory
- Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts
- Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
- Lead Teacher Trainings
- Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff
- Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
- 2-weeks (10 days) PTO
- Free yoga, all day, everyday
Job Type: Full-time
