What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and on-demand maintenance for single-family homes and vacation condos.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and general handyman repairs.
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects with a clean and professional finish.
- Conduct property inspections to proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain and repair light equipment and systems
- Provide excellent on-site service to guests, owners, and teammates—always representing the Host & Home brand with professionalism.
- Accurately document maintenance activities using our work order system.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in residential or facilities maintenance (vacation rental experience a plus).
- Working knowledge of basic appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair.
- Carpentry and painting is experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and great customer service skills.
- Ability to use (and learn) apps and tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation.
