We are currently seeking passionate, creative Prep Cooks who are looking to perfect their craft and provide our customers with a memorable experience in our restaurant, specific to our salad bar, while experiencing their own personal growth in an ideal working environment. Job Description:
- Knowing menus and products and preparing food according to standards
- Reading recipes, guest orders, etc.
- Using standard kitchen appliances and utensils
- Maintaining proper sanitation control of products
- Operating in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
