Position Duties:

• Providing positive, productive culture within restaurant
• Improving daily operations
• Achieving profitability
• Developing and training employees
• Maintaining safety/sanitation standards
• Understanding of Profit & Loss Statement
• Knowledge of FPC, Labor, and IFO goals
