Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Managers in achieving operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and service standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development across all teams.
- Collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives, expansion, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of progressive hotel operations experience, including 3 in senior leadership.
- Strong financial acumen, leadership presence, and commitment to guest service excellence.
- Ability to travel as needed.
