Experience:
- 3 years minimum Restaurant Manager
- 3 years minimum Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
- Servant leader mentality
- Scratch kitchen experience a plus
- 3-5$ million in annual revenue
