Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles promptly and safely.
- Operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other vehicle types with confidence and care.
- Transport guests to and from the airport.
- Provide outstanding guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Perform outdoor work including heavy lifting of luggage, outdoor vehicle movement, and yard inspections as needed.
- Maintain clear radio communication with team members to coordinate vehicle retrievals efficiently.
- Uphold safety protocols by adhering to traffic rules, parking regulations, and proper vehicle handling procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments; dealership or automotive service experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently.
- Comfortable performing manual transmission driving and heavy lifting when necessary.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Experience with outdoor work environments, including vehicle movement and yard management.
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and tips.
- Knowledge of automotive service or valet parking operations is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
