What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Hospitality Management?
Seeking maintenance technician with experience and skills to handle basic plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, painting, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Basic maintenance of the hotel including all common areas as well as Guest Rooms, and job assign by Manager
- Routine Repairs
- Experience in Carpentry, Painting and drywall work
- Plumbing repairs i.e. fixtures, sinks, faucets, tubs, caulking, leaks, toilets
- Assist in checking electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, television sets, and lighting systems and make minor repairs and/or replacement
- Maintain the exterior and "curb appeal" as required
- Exterior painting and cleaning
- Pool Maintenance
- Custodial Duties including trash pickup throughout the property
- Change guest room door locks
- Setting up event space with tables and chairs
- Effectively communicate with Guests as well as all departments to coordinate work orders
- Regular maintain HVAC system, PTAC unit, clean replace filters, vents, Grills,
- Follow SOP’s, Documentation, and PM as required by schedule and GM
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic plumbing
- Knowledge of basic electrical
- Knowledge of flooring
- Painting and sheetrock
- Experience with general maintenance tools and repairs
- Troubleshooting ability
- Able to take direction from Management and provide daily work log
