Responsibilities

• Implement effective customer service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervise all aspects of food service operations, including catering and restaurant management.
• Utilize POS systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting purposes.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and effective communication.
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry is essential.
• Strong background in staff training and development, with demonstrated success in team management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or hotels is highly desirable.
