Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks
- Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing training and ongoing support to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance to meet operational goals
- Ensure all cleaning procedures adhere to safety regulations and sanitation standards, including industrial and commercial cleaning protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to optimize efficiency

Skills
- Extensive experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or commercial settings
- Proven supervisory experience with strong team management capabilities
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques
- Skilled in industrial cleaning methods and managing large-scale housekeeping operations
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with other departments
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Experience in laundry operations and hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
