Duties
- Conduct nightly audits using the Hilton property management systems (PMS) PeP.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing friendly assistance via multi-line phone systems and front desk software.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly with customer service problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively with guests in multiple languages or bilingual capacities.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations using hospitality reservation systems while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring guest relations are prioritized for a memorable stay.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve our diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and guest relations best practices.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, including multi-line phone system operation.
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
- No hotel or office experience is required.
