Role Description

This is a Co Op, on-site role for a Field Service Technician based in Nashville, TN. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth functionality and performance. Responsibilities include providing preventive maintenance, addressing technical issues, assisting clients with operational challenges, and training staff on equipment functionalities. The technician will consistently interact with team members and clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in software configuration, diagnostics, and resolving IT issues
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hospitality technologies like Point Sales Systems is an advantage
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within designated areas
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate degree in a related field is a plus
